5. Payment Security
All payment transactions are encrypted and processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. BCR Stays does not store full payment card numbers. Security deposit authorisation holds appear as pending transactions on your account and are released within 7 days of checkout, subject to no damages or outstanding charges.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Booking records are generally retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
